How a firm gets running.

Four steps from first call to a firm that no longer thinks about the work between conversations. No long implementation programme — the platform already exists; what takes time is fitting it to how your firm actually works.

  1. 01

    See it working

A walkthrough end to end: a caller arrives at the Receptionist Console, the consultation is booked against a real Outlook calendar, the confirmation goes out, and the client reschedules it themselves — with the record of all of it in the Operations Center. Bring the person who answers your phones; they will spot in ten minutes what a partner would miss.

  2. 02

    Configure the firm

Attorneys, practice areas, consultation types, office hours, routing, and who uses which console. This is the step that decides whether the platform feels like yours, so we do it with you rather than sending a form. Every setting is versioned and reversible, so nothing here is a one-way door.

    Connect Microsoft 365

GuideHerd reads availability from your attorneys’ own calendars and writes appointments back to them. We do this with whoever administers your Microsoft 365 tenant — not around them — and the access granted is visible to you afterwards in provider security reporting. Nothing is enabled until you enable it.

Run it, and keep it fitting

Reception starts taking calls through the console. Operations can answer “what happened with that caller?” without asking anyone. And GuideHerd Success stays available for the next new hire, the next practice area, and the next capability that ships.

Five things GuideHerd won't do.

01

Speak for your firm. The platform prepares work and keeps records. Your people talk to your clients.

02

Advertise what does not exist. Planned integrations are labelled planned, on every page.

03

Enable itself. Every provider and capability stays off until your firm turns it on.

04

Make a change you cannot undo. Configuration is versioned, audited, and reversible one change at a time.

05

Use your data to train models. Your clients’ information stays yours. Full stop.
