A product company, pointed at one problem.

GuideHerd builds software for the operational work that surrounds client conversations. That is the whole company.

Why we exist.

In most firms, the work between conversations is held together by a person, a notepad, and a good memory.

It works, right up until the day it does not — the double-booking, the confirmation that never went out, the caller who was promised a call back. The failure is never dramatic. It is a steady tax on attention, paid by whoever happens to be at the desk, and it gets worse as a firm grows.

So GuideHerd took that work as its subject: intake, scheduling, notifications, follow-up, routing, coordination, integrations, audit history, and administration. Not the conversation itself — the work it leaves behind.

There is real engineering underneath: calendar integration that respects the calendar a firm already uses, configuration you can change and reverse, a record of what happened, and isolation between firms that holds by construction. None of that is the point. The point is that a Tuesday afternoon at a busy practice is calmer than it was.

How we build.

We say what exists. Everything on this site that is described as working, works. Everything planned is labelled planned. A firm should never discover during onboarding that a capability it counted on is a roadmap item.

We publish dates when things happen, not before. And we do not publish customer quotes until the customer has approved them in writing — no composite firms, and no numbers we cannot attribute.

The firm stays in charge. GuideHerd prepares work, offers real options, and keeps the record. Your people talk to your clients and make the decisions. The platform never speaks for the firm.

Changes are reversible. Configuration is versioned and audited, and a single change can be undone on its own. Software that only moves forward is software people are afraid to touch.

We stay after go-live. GuideHerd Success exists because a firm that is handed software and left alone ends up back where it started.

Talk with us.

See it working end to end, then get a straight answer about whether your firm is a fit. If it is not, we would rather say so on the call.
